En Sudamérica, a orillas del Océano Pacífico, se encuentra Ecuador, un pequeño país con una gran biodiversidad. Ecuador has the same weather all year round with only two seasons: the rainy season and the dry season. Ecuador’s climate is highly influenced by its topography. The country has only two seasons: summer season (dry) and winter season (wet). There are no extreme temperatures.
The coast has a tropical climate and a rainy season that extends from the end of December to May with an average temperature about 25°C to 26°C and the dry season from June to November with temperatures between 21°C to 22°C.
The sun sets to the west and the temperature of the ocean is around 24°C to 27°C degrees.
The highlands have a temperate climate and rainy season from October to May and a dry season from June to September; average monthly temperatures are about 14.5° C in the rainy season and 15° C to 21° C in the dry season.
